Tentative Key Responsibilities:
- Defining Manpower Forecasts, Planning and budgeting against the growth and backfilling the open positions.
- Owning critical hiring requisitions and ensuring overall hiring needs of the company are met at all times.
- Providing clear direction and inspiring the team to achieve against targets at all times, delivering results.
- Efficient stakeholder management with respect to business leadership, vendors and other external agencies.
- Promoting internal and external sourcing channels like internal job postings, employee referral Programme, Linked IN etc. for all hiring needs.
- Ability to use appropriate technology solutions for smooth and speedy functioning of day-to-day requirements of recruitment function.
- Define recruitment policy and process, setting strong methodology, governance and reporting mechanism
- Negotiating and signing MOUs with external sourcing firms such as job sites and consultancy firms with strong and latest governing standards.
- Managing and ensuring timely updations of the job descriptions and making them available to the team.
- Analyzing recruitment metrics which will include providing regular management reports of open/filled positions and designing strategies based on outcomes
- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff. |
