Function/Domain : Strategy/Finance

Criticality of the role to the business :

- Managing Cluster of Investment Portfolio of the organization in Group Companies

Objectives :

- Perform Portfolio Management of the Organization as part of a team

- Strategic evaluation of the Organization group companies

- Developing leading operating, marketing and financial trends, strategy, performance of cluster of Organization/Group Company.

Major Deliverables :

- Evaluate the Strategic fit and Financial Attractiveness of all the Group companies Comprehensive evaluation of the Group Company Strategy, Identify gaps and suggest necessary modifications

- Perform strategy review of the Group Companies at least once in two years

- Develop a robust LTP and ABP planning process for the Group Companies and align to Organization strategy

- Study the Group Companies and develop leading operating and financial trends for the Organization .

- Monitoring the health of Organization Group companies and leading the team in turnaround or restructuring initiatives as necessary Facilitate Organization Group Companies in formulation and aligning their strategy with that of Organization

- Facilitate the Business Review Committee (BRC) Meetings

- Monitor the adherence of Group Companies to the aforementioned process

Job dimensions : Evaluate the Strategic fit and Financial Attractiveness of all the Group companies and comprehensive evaluation of the Group Company
