- Facilitate the budget approval process

- Trade Scheme Formulation

- Scheme Payouts - Computation &/or Validation

- Effective utilization and its efficacy

- Pre Vs Post Analysis of spends

- Track competition results, prepare, explain comparative financials basis released financials.

- PR Provisioning, Invoicing & Payment

- Business Analytics

- Cost-Benefit Analysis

- Cost optimization

- Gauge business attractiveness

- Keep track of various product offerings, services of both DTH and Cable Operators. Compare competition financials, analyst reports, new product developments and product enhancement features impacting DTH Industry/ operations, update on international DTH players /markets

- Gather, analyse data for studies, reports and make recommendations based on findings

- Design ad hoc reports in line with business changes, interpret and report key highlights.
