Sr Manager / Manager- Retail Business Finance

Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the performance of product lines, regions, and channels. Utilize financial models and tools to assess sales trends, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics.

- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, MIS and variance analysis to support decision-making.

- Preparation of Cost sheet / Margin Analysis and ensure the BOM are prepared and configured in SAP.

- Profitability Analysis, Brand Profitability/Channel profitability/Product wise profitability.

- Analysis of contribution , EBITDA and Margin analysis overall Consumer Pack segment.

- Maintenance of Price Masters/Circulars and ensure timely updating of the same in SAP.

- Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity.

- Monitor retail business expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize inventory management and control costs.

- Partner with retail operations, marketing, and sales teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, evaluation of CAPEX and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

- Sharing financial indicators and analysis to enable business head to take decisions.

- Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Analysis and controlling of ATL/BTL expenses including ensuring the proper systems in place.

- Working Capital Management of CPG function.

- Developing SOP's for CPG business and ensuring the implementation.

- Ensure the Internal / External audit compliance.

Other Requirements :

- Proven experience in Retail Business finance from FMCG industry.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools and SAP (S4 HANA).

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
