Senior Manager/Manager - Resourcing - Bank

We have an opening with a Bank in Mumbai. We are looking for a manager/senior manager resourcing to manage hiring including leadership hiring.

The role would include:

- Handle end to end recruitment across levels

- Streamline and set recruitment processes

- Stakeholder management at a senior level to service their manpower recruitments.

- Ensure closure of open positions as per defined SLA's

- Ensure that an optimal sourcing mix is used to maximise on all hiring sources

- Management reporting and MIS.
