About Client :

- Our client is a Business Consulting firm, and for their management consulting vertical we are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager - Recruitment to be based in Mumbai. This vertical is about 700 people strong and based out of the Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore offices.We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to be part of the Strategy Consulting business vertical.Most of these are post graduates from the top business schools in India or are ranked Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities :

- To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group.

- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.

- Responsible for building sourcing capability with particular focus on direct sourcing and social media recruiting.

- Responsible for managing campus hiring initiatives for the group.

- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.

- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.

- Ensure all mandates are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.

- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other ad-hoc reports.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Should be willing to acquire different recruiting methods and ready to accept new challenges with a positive attitude.

Requirements :

Education and experience :

- A graduate degree, preferably an MBA from an institute of repute

- Minimum 10 years of experience in blue chip corporates or large consulting / professional services firms

Skills and personal qualities :

- This position is a good fit for professionals who are resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, and self-confident. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Solid reasoning, problem solving and strategic thinking skills

- A systematic and meticulous approach to planning, tracking, monitoring and follow-up

- The ability to work proactively in an ambiguous, dynamic, entrepreneurial organization

- Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a roll-up-my-sleeves attitude
