Senior Manager/Manager - Real Estate - Hyderabad

Job Role :

- Responsible for overall execution of MEP (HVAC /Electrical and also responsible for execution of MEP(PHE/Fire) related work

- Co-ordination with Cross functional teams i.e. Civil, planning & Contracts, Procurement, EHS Procurement, EHS.

- Internal & External Vendor management

- Organisational development & Mentoring people

Desired Profile :

- Looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience from any real estate industry, handling commercial projects

- Must have strong experience in Project Execution for Commercial Projects
