Build Lean & Six Sigma in the DNA of organization   Key Responsibilities :   As Quality Champion :   - Drive root cause analysis for respective process issues and build an ongoing process of corrective/preventive measures to prevent their re-occurrence   - Accountable for driving process automation & improvement with Business stakeholders   - Develop a quality audit process to identify and track errors   - Identify quality issues and process gaps, and recommend change for procedure, systems, and training   - Drive innovation and automation projects   - Organizing Lean and Six Sigma based training programs involving multiple stakeholders   - Ensuring selection of process improvement projects   - Training Six Sigma Green Belts, Black belts, Lean trainees ensuring their capability enhancement   - Helping and mentoring Lean and Six Sigma trainees in closing their projects and ensuring organizational benefit   As Governance & Change Manager :   - Driving the Organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness on KPI, to strive towards process excellence   - Act as Change manager, representing SSC in all process documentation, standardization and improvement / automation initiatives.   - Robust structured governance reporting to various stakeholders   - Coordinating with Delivery Managers, Customer Leads, Project Managers and other stakeholders and identifying the process improvement opportunities   - Implement robust review mechanisms to ensure effective project management   Educational Qualifications :   - MBA/Post Graduate with overall 8 - 9 years of experience with relevant exposure to Finance Shared Service domain, including quality control, process and internal audit.   - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt   - 3 + years of strong functional knowledge of Quality & Process re-engineering   Skills Required :   - Experience of working in a competitive financial services, regulated, environment   - Demonstrated understanding of financial shared services processes (P2P,IC,R2R)   - Should have completed at least 1-2 Six Sigma projects and mentored at least 3 more.   - Should have handled BPMS (Conceptualization and deployment) & should have exposure to cross functional process improvement projects   - Strong knowledge of quality and measurement tools and processes   - Program management & change management   - Problem solving tools/ analytical skills   - Excellent communication / interpersonal, facilitation skills   - Strong leadership, team building, influencing and communicating skills   - Proficient on MS Excel & MS Power point
