URGENT Requirement The position is with Renewable Energy company headquartered at Pune, India. Key Responsibilities ; - Work closely with Top management and advise on project finance management. - Take up assignment of funding through debt and PE/VC based on project requirements. - Manage relationships with banks and Investors to ensure fund flow for projects and working capital requirements - Prepare financial model, carry out investment valuation, prepare pitch book/information memorandum and present proposals - Coordinated with secretariat, legal, valuers, auditors, credit rating agencies as required Preferred Candidate : Education: CA / MBA Finance or Equivalent Work Experience: 5-8 years in Project Funding and Finance - Experience in Project Funding &amp; Finance role, have closely worked with investment bankers.
