Role:
1. Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
2. Manage salary survey and benchmarking activities, ensuring compensation practices and programs globally are competitive with the industry and conform to statutory requirements
3. Participate in annual salary review
4. Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports and provide insight on performance and compensation for management
5. Support Performance & Reward Manager with executive compensation and global projects associated with job architecture, salary structures and job classification
6. Manage the annual performance management cycle, systems administration, enhancement and improvement, and for managing communications material and their performance SharePoint site content
