Senior Manager/Manager - Marketing - FMCG

Educational and Tech Qualifications - Postgraduate (Business Marketing) from a reputed college

- 4-8 years of experience in a Marketing role in a Corporate set up

- Experience in Digital and Social Media is a must

- An interest in Entrepreneurship will be a bonus - Others - Experience in Project management, Community building and management, managing entrepreneurial ecosystem, managing and driving content across various platforms.

Key Deliverables of the Role :

- Member Acquisition - Generating applications and lead generation through various marketing and social media channels.

- Lead strategy on the Digital front and provide critical inputs for effectiveness on the Foundation's Marketing plans.

- Data Analytics - SEO and SEM knowledge is critical

- Brand Building - strengthen the brand internal with ASCENT member cohort and external with the larger entrepreneur ecosystem to make ASCENT a premium and aspirational brand.

- PR - build the narrative through media on the brand positioning and evolve media strategy

- Coordination with media agency and vendors for designing mailers, website management and other marketing tools to build the brand of ASCENT on an ongoing basis

- Relationship Management - Coordination amongst key stakeholders like ASCENT Trust Group members, Facilitators, Academic partners, Mentors, Coaches and Knowledge Gurus etc.

- Create value based content through large signature events. Assist in planning and leading various ASCENT Initiatives like ASCENT Huddle sessions, Mixers, Fundraising Bootcamp, workshops, ASCENT Conclave etc.

- Strengthen tools/ platforms used by the cohort to connect all members like ASCENTial - the member engagement portal

- ASCENT Foundation founded by Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico Ltd.) is a not-for-profit expression of his personal passion to identify and enable high-potential growth-stage entrepreneurs in their journey to grow both as Entrepreneurs and Enterprises.
