Senior Manager/Manager - Legal Counsel - LLB - Real Estate

- Legal Counsel - Real Estate has a primary responsibility to manage all legal matters pertaining to the Real Estate portfolio of the organization

- To develop appropriate templates for new property transactions and drive simplification and standardization of legal processes for managing organization's real estate portfolio.

- To support the Senior Counsel in Real Estate matters and provide support to the business team in structuring, negotiating and closing of Real Estate transactions.

- To be responsible for external law firm relationship management.

- To work closely with Litigation counsel/s to support the management of land disputes and litigation matters pertaining to immovable properties.

- Be an inspirational legal leader acting as a great coach to junior lawyers within the team and supporting all lawyers in the function.

- Being a solution generator - listening closely, thinking in the future, anticipating trends and opportunities, being imaginative in finding solutions and driving opportunities.

. Excellent drafting skills a must / must be assertive

- Law graduate from a reputed institute

- 7-10 years of experience especially related to real estate laws etc

- Experience of handling external law firms will be an advantage
