Senior Manager/Manager - Legal

The candidate will be responsible for:

1) Drafting and reviewing notices, court/tribunal pleadings, memos and financing and debt assignment documents.

2) Research and opinion memos.

3) Managing litigation and coordinating with external lawyers.

4) Reviewing Legal Due Diligence Reports.

5) Candidates having experience in DRT/NCLT matters will be preferred.

6) The candidate will need to have proficient communication skills.

7) The candidate should have the ability to handle high pressure situations positively as well as multi-task.
