Position : Sr. Manager/Manager L&D
Location : Gurgaon
Exp : 6 + yrs
Qualification : MBA from a good institute
Preferred industry : Any services industry ( Preferably IT/ITes)
Essential :
- Minimum 5+ years experience of working in similar role in L&D in an organization with an employee base of 500+ employees preferably in ITeS or Technology Product set up.
- Experience of the set up and design and implementation of Talent Management, OD & L&D processes and services within a complex organization.
- Experience of delivering workshops/trainings to a variety of audiences
- Should have experience of project managing short term and long-term Training plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, develop and implement organizational development (OD) and (L&D) strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organization's Strategic Plan
- Develop a talent management framework to identify, develop and create the internal talent pool and enable succession planning.
- Develop, maintain and deliver key talent programs in line with Organization Talent Strategy that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage organization's talent pool
- Liaise with business stakeholders to do training needs assessments and provide training solutions to include, implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high-quality programs.
- Develop and implement an effective on-boarding program.
- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities & TM/OD initiatives. Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
