We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as the Head of Learning and Development.

As the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Leading Corporate Talent Transformation function in streamlining and developing competency-based learning journeys based on TNI.

- Oversee and Deliver Training programs & evaluate the training effectiveness.

- Lead the creation and implementation of capability and development strategies and activities within the People function to support the learning needs of a rapidly expanding business.

- Designing and deploying a business-aligned Leadership Development Strategy that will make a difference to individuals, teams, functions, and the organization.

- Accelerating the transformation of organizations by unlocking the potential of their people

- L&D Specialist for digital learning, driving our digital transformation and leading digital design and production group.

- Managing learning design, content strategy, and results tracking for an internal leadership program, managing team of business goals and company directives.

- Streamlining delivery of core leadership programs and following best practice learning design principles to increase delivery efficiency and learner success, basing adjustments on feedback, quantitative and qualitative data.

- Contributed to positive culture by managing, mentoring, coaching, and collaborating with others remotely, creating durable friendships and identifying new opportunities for internal knowledge sharing.

- Manage and oversee all training programs, including identifying training needs, designing curriculum, and delivering training sessions.
