Senior Manager/Manager - Investor Relations/Treasury

WORK ACTIVITIES/AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :

- Manage debt fund raising for the organization while ensuring regulatory compliances.

- End-to-End Execution of deals by debt structuring, Preparation of Information Memorandums, Developing Financial Model.

- Maintain strong relationship with diversified lender base of Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Investors.

- Work on Business Plan, Investment Memorandum and growth plan for company's portfolio.

- Will be responsible for debt raising and MSME lending.

- Update company's portfolio, financial dashboards and maintain quarterly Investor Reports (IRs)

- Responsible for International/Domestic Debt Structuring.

- Investor MIS
