Senior Manager/Manager - Internal Communications
- The role holder will be responsible for co-creating strategies for internal communication in line with the communication and business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities :
Internal Communications Planning, Execution and Measurement :
- Have a strategic approach to Internal Communications which is in line with the communication and business objectives of the organization.
- Should have managed and successfully led diverse and innovative internal communication campaigns for employees and departments as per the need.
- Experience in single handedly managing internal communication tools like newsletter, intranet, mailers, internal branding, collaterals, webcasts, leadership town-halls for internal communication campaigns as well as new age digital tools to enhance employee connect.
- Maintain and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual IC calendar.
- Day to day management of design agencies for ongoing internal campaigns.
- Coordinate with different internal departments to create communication as per their need.
- Experience in managing leadership communication is a must.
- Expertise in internal branding
- Ability to measure and track each internal campaign on a regular basis.
Content creation for internal stakeholders :
- Interest and expertise in developing content for employees and the leadership team including mailers, blogs, newsletters etc.
- Ability to create differentiated content for the company newsletter and intranet.
- Coordinate with different departments to assess their communication needs and accordingly guide them with relevant content
Design and creativity :
- Have basic knowledge of various design softwares to guide the agency/freelance creative designers to create campaign collaterals
- Have the ability to create in house mailers in case of an urgent requirement
Event Management :
- Manage all in house events for the leadership and sales team end to end including branding, coordinating with event agencies, messaging and flow.
- Source merchandise for various campaigns/organization on a regular basis through various vendors.
Channel Management :
- Manage and overlook the inventory and pan India dissemination of sales collaterals like brochures, flyers etc on an ongoing basis
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in internal communications department of a corporate or an internal communications agency.
- Preferable a communication student, with clear conceptual understanding of communications.
