Our client is one of the largest health club group in the world with a wide range of different products and services including group fitness classes, personal training, team workouts, cardio machines and operates several monthly awards to recognise the progress of members. It consists of more than 300 clubs worldwide in more than 15 countries. They are currently looking to hire a strong Technology professional to head their IT operations in India.

Description

Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and analysis of entire IT operations along with establishing of short / long term plans and budgets for the preparation of IT blueprint for the organization

- Providing end-to-end management of programs/ multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects with delivery & training's.

- Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Information security governance framework based on industrial standards and best practices

- Monitoring the overall design and implementation of systems involving network layouts, configuration and maintenance of IT Infrastructure

- Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems via the agree IT escalation process

- Interfacing with on-site/ off-site teams for business requirements gathering, conducting analysis and finalizing techno-functional specifications and service delivery.

Profile

- 10-12 years of experience required in a Retail firm
