The client is an e-commerce giant and also an end to end supply chain solutions provider. They are looking at hiring a Sr. Manager/Manager - Industrial Relations for their team at Noida.

Client is looking for an individual who will work closely with team to lead the company's engagement with government officials and industry forums like NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, IAMAI and different government bodies etc.

Experience :

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in B2B set up - Industrial relations.

- Experience in interactions with industry associations like CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM

- Thorough knowledge of competition policy & standards.

Role :

- Establish, implement, and communicate positions with local government affairs, policy-makers, trade associations and the technology industry to craft a coherent strategy on issues that cut across states.

- Manage issues campaigns that are pertinent to the company's products and services and advocate and lobby on behalf of the company government stakeholders.

- Thorough understanding of and ability to analyze, compare and present, international IPR issues, developments in IPR practices in different jurisdictions of the world and WTO

- Implement partnerships and alliances strategies

Skills :

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of campaigns (paid and organic), measurement tools, social media platform algorithms

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment
