Our client is a group, which is a Indian Multinational in field of Retail and Hospitality.
Role : Senior Manager/ Manager - HR (specialized in Talent Acquisition) - This position will be for the group.
Key skills required :
- Exhibit high orientation on compliance and company values
- Managing the Talent acquisition needs for the group
- On-boarding and Induction for new People Leaders
- Drive employee engagement and retention
- Talent Management and Talent Rotation
- Performance Management, Incentive Management and Exit Process Management
- Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
- Manage relationship with Line of business and ability to manage LOB interactions
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 6+ years of overall experience with excellent communication skills.
- Should have hands on work experience in managing Talent Management, Talent Rotation, and Performance Management.
- Ability to work as a team and manage projects independently
- Should have exposure in Hospitality/Retail Industry.
Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
