Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Retail

Looking for candidates with HR consulting experience across areas like : Talent management, Org Structuring, compensation bench-marking, Succession Planing, leadership development, HR Policies designing, Recruitment etc.

This is a corporate HR role & would involved advising the CHRO on the areas mentioned as above.

Candidate should have exposure to working with multiple stakeholders.
