Sr. Manager / Manager : For a renowned MNC headquarter in Kolkata in India

Location: India Corporate Office, Kolkata

Role:

This Role is responsible for overseeing human resources operations focused at strategic HR in areas such as HR Budget, HR business partnering (HRBP), compensation and benefits, and performance management, culture building etc. MBA with minimum 9 years of experience in well known companies may respond urgently to us.

Key Responsibilities:

- To work closely with CHRO, In Developing & Implementing Overall HR Strategy.

- Responsible for overseeing entire HR Operations including implementation & upgrading HR technology SOPs and strategy.

- Overall responsible for forecasting, analyze & fulfill all the manpower needs in line with the business plans.

- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.

- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Support performance management processes and analyze performance data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes.

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM Preferred

- 9+ Years of Experience in HR operations & related field

- Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written.
