Role :
- Lead Learning & Development Programs to help create and sustain a high performing organizational culture
- Lead the development and deliverance of Employee Engagement Program and Retention Strategy
- Supervise HR Based Administration
JD :
Talent Acquisition :
- Formulate annual talent acquisition plan and budget for approval
- Liaise with the core finance team for their human resource requirements in line with business plans
- Execute the talent acquisition plan
- Source candidates through appropriate channels for selection (campus recruitment, head-hunters, job portals, professional & social media and other)
- Facilitate the process of candidate selection
- Monitor and review the recruitment process monthly and quarterly (as deemed necessary)
- Ensure that the Job Descriptions are prepared and received
- Ensure collation of recruitment cost analysis, industry trend reports, projections etc.
- Develop multiple vendor sources and build recruitment vendor relationships to gear up for continuous recruitment cycles
- Gather market intelligence on recruitment and attrition trends, given the highly volatile nature of the market and present to Organizational Development Strategy Head and Senior Management

Learning and Development :
- Develop and implement the Annual Training Calendar
- Develop plans to upgrade technical and behavioral competencies of all employees in line with budget and its employees development and learning needs
- Formulate and implement training policies and procedures, identify training needs and develop training programs
- Design most effective learning solutions for-In-House and with Expert Third Parties
- Manage the implementation of Learning Solutions and Training Programs
- Conduct post-training evaluation softrainings
Induction Process and Program :
- Design and manage the Induction Program and the On-Boarding Processes for newhires
- Ensure the proper implementation of the Induction Program
- Seek feedback from participants on the efficiency of the Induction Program and evaluate possible ways to improve the process
Employee Engagement :
- Develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees, including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods
- Keep pulse on all employees to ensure that company is delivering excellence in the employee experience through one-on-one interactions and employee engagement surveys
- Hold regular Employee Focus Groups to seek views and feedback from the core finance team
- Conduct exit interviews perestablish edprocedures and recommendactions to Management to address concerns
