We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources Operations Manager to lead the design and administration of various HR programs while ensuring alignment to company's culture, core values and strategic goals.
- The HR Operations Manager will lead improvements in; on-boarding, employee data management workflow, benefits administration, employee relations, workers compensation, HRIS data and analysis, along with HR compliance and reporting.
- The depth and breadth of the role requires a candidate that is comfortable with continuously assessing, designing and improving operational road maps around employee data in various HR programs.
- The incumbent will expose the team to new methodologies that will improve HR day-to-day covering the employee life-cycle spectrum.
- As an HR Operations Manager, we are seeking a coach who can transform high-potential staff into outstanding HR practitioners who can self-manage and demonstrate leadership in resolving HR operational challenges with innovative people solutions, systems, and practices that build a leadership/performance culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix and virtual environment and with the aptitude to building strong relationships with stakeholders and employees.
- This position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
