Job Specification:
The key responsibility includes designing, implementing and continuously improve employee life cycle processes, policies and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables and compliance of HR operations processes.
- Oversees the HR systems as well as databases to ensure data is secure and consistent
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including on boarding for new joiners, payroll, grievance handling and employee separation
- Responsible for Compensation management and designing pay structure that rewards performance
- Optimize HR operations and streamline core HR processes
- Evaluating key HR metrics for HR analytics required for various MIS reports
- Roll out of performance linked variable bonus pay-out, promotions and increments
- Collaborate between the Head HR, business leaders and the HR team
- Set objectives and goals for the team and track the progress
Academics and Skill Set Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management (MBA/PGDM) from a tiered institute.
- Must have 10+ years of experience managing HR Operations on a high caliber environment High stakeholder Management.
- Excellent communication skills, writing skills and an ethical mindset.
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong time management and priorities management skills ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Team management skills
- Strong Excel and database management skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
- Have experience and familiarity with working on standard HR system
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
- Good knowledge of HR best practices
