Sr. Manager/ Manager (Generalist-Manufacturing)

- Partnering with Head HR and leadership team to ensure a complete understanding of human capital needs and objectives

- Positive employee relations in a multi cultural, face paced environment

- Effectively recruit, train and develop high quality candidates motivated to achieve productivity and business objectives.

- Daily management of staffing partner

- Counseling and provide assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues relating to promotion, termination or disciplinary action

- Lead role in safety compliance and incident investigation

- Reviews evaluation of performance and aligns associate objectives to business strategy

- Responsible for effectively identifying, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, resolving complex and human capital challenges.

- Develop and Implement process and tools that foster open communication and employee satisfaction

- Implement positive employee relations processes that support business and employee needs

Manage leadership team's staffing and development

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

- Plant HR Manager and Plant Leadership Team

- Head HR, Chief Human Resource Officer and Corporate HR Teams

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA in HR with 12+ years of progressively responsible generalist experience in all major functional areas of HR with a Manufacturing is a must & 3 years of which must have been in a responsible labor relations position.

ii. Demonstrates integrity, flexibility, sound judgment and strong critical thinking skills.

iii. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

iv. Familiarity with ADP/HRIS and strong Microsoft Office skills.
