Senior Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

- HRBP role for a leading listed pharma company based at plant in Dundigal, Hyderabad.

- Only MBA's from Top B schools from Any industry.

- 6 Days working / 8-5 PM

- Work from Office.

JD :

- Responsible for HR Planning, legal, compliance etc. Partnering role to Sr. Management.

- Handling end to end TA process as per organizational needs.

- Conducting joining formalities and maintaining employee's personal records. (On boarding & Induction)

- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories. (Report generation)

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Employee grievance & conflict management resolution of sexual harassment issues.
