- Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce - Work with senior management and HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development - Work with the business leaders to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development - Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group - Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of business - Provide management coaching to managers and senior leaders &amp; help them take right decisions - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling . - Assess business unit's HR training needs and conduct personal or group training sessions - Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues - Formulating strong partnerships with the business and delivering value added services that reflect the business objectives and serving as a consultant to manage Human Resource needs and requirements. - Providing HR Policy guidance and interpretation. - Ensuring HR solutions are aligned with business strategy - Support cultural changes across the business unit through a variety of different methods, including implementing action plans following the Staff Survey, enabling managers to more effectively manage their staff, strongly encouraging managers to take greater responsibility for their staff. - Counseling and mentors junior staff members of the business in consultation with the business leaders - Proven expertise in assisting the BU Leaders with relevant metrics, analytics and data, to make HR related business decisions - Assessing the need and Partnering with HR SMEs/HR Operations/HR Shared Services to deliver focused and customized (where appropriate) HR solutions to the business - To support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained - Effectively managing the entire life cycle of an Employee starting from On boarding till exit.
