Job Opportunity in Gurgaon for a professional who can take up the role as Senior Manager/Manager holding experience of around 6 to 9 years. You will be responsible for leading the HR ERP implantation while managing seamless employee experience

LOCATION: Gurgaon

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Building a change management strategy for HR ERP

- Partnering with the function heads to define the end product for HR ERP

- Managing on implementation of HR ERP in phased manner

- Working closely with the implementation team and managing the communication

- Understanding the issues and getting issues solved while coordinating with the technical team

- Managing the compliance and information security risks associated with the products.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Post graduate with 12 to 15 years of experience in events management

- Experience in leading the team with retail sales environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships

- Should be creative in terms of designing collateral and creating the buzz

- Should have flair for sales promotion

- Good orientation and networking

- Heavy obligation

- Handling many stakeholders
