Job Description - This position reports to the Head of Circle Finance Punjab and the incumbent is responsible for :

- Working closely with the business by partnering with budget owners to coordinate the monthly, quarterly and yearly budgeting and forecasting exercise.

- Analyze business trends and competitors performance to provide better market visibility.

- Understand the reasons for the variance in forecast and actual revenue and suggest corrective action plan.

- Take care of accounting and reporting for the region and also ensure strong compliances.

The Successful Candidate - The ideal candidate must :

- Have at least 5 - 8 years of post qualification experience within finance with a good exposure to FP&A.

- Must be willing to move to and stay in Chandigarh for long term.

- Have influential interpersonal and communication skills.
