JOB SUMMARY : Managing the FP&amp;A business unit for company's India in liaison with US team. Must have 12 and above years of experience in the same field. Must be coming from Budgeting and Forecasting prior experience for any global team. DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Drive key financial reporting, analysis, predictability and timely reporting - Ability to influence at senior business levels - Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills - Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction - Experience in change management - Transformation mindset - Work closely with US stake holders to create comprehensive financial plans and track progress as the accounts against the budget/forecasts. - Support business team in pursuit of KPIs through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge - Co-ordinate and support any allocations/ cost share between businesses. - Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems - Sourcing, analyzing and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses - Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives - Effective relationship management with Finance team and all key stakeholders - Educating, communicating and supporting with local business leadership - Assist finance related presentations for Senior Management - Support in pricing and modeling for India - Develop and standardize reporting within BI tool - Financial modeling and analysis as needed - Become familiar with US business and financial processes - Build and develop the team locally KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES : - Prior Experience on Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Global Operations, Team Management. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines - Detail-oriented and organized - Enthusiastic, passionate, and committed - Entrepreneurial minded/a problem solver EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE :&nbsp; Must Have - ICWA/Chartered Accountant/MBA professionals with 12+ years of experience Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable.
