Senior Manager/Manager - Finance - Manufacturing Firm

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Bring key business insights and trade-offs to the table for management decision making.

2. Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS and Business Analysis; Closely monitor movement in sales & profitability.

3. Preparation of Financial modelling

4. Preparation of Internal notes, performance notes and Board Presentation

5. Support management for representation of organization performance to shareholders and investors

6. Monitoring of internal financial policies, procedures governance processes and SOPs

7. Design an automated and comprehensive insights database which allows for quick and effective decision making.

8. Scan external environment to stay updated with new regulations, guidelines, risks and opportunities.

Educational Background:

Qualification: CA / MBA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

Work Experience:

1. At least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role of a mid/large size reputed Indian company.

2. Worked in SAP environment.
