Manager Finance / Sr Manager Finance for an Product Company

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop financial plans and detailed bottom-up budgets for business units (BUs).

- Conduct revenue and margin analysis to finalize budgets.

- Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) forecasts for corporate submission.

- Generate analysis reports by BUs, clients, and periods for both budgeting and forecasting.

Business As Usual (BAU) Activities:

- Monitor renewals and ensure compliance with commercial clauses as per client contracts.

- Analyze the monthly revenue pipeline and support month/quarter-end activities, including provisioning and cost analysis.

- Perform headcount and seat analysis to optimize resource allocation.

- Track actual margins versus deal pricing and analyze variations.

- Review BU P&L, variations, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with operational leaders.

- Facilitate monthly P&L discussions with operations using Oracle Business Intelligence tools.

- Ensure adherence to financial policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), providing guidance on the same.

- Engage with operational, sales, and finance sub-functional teams in BAU activities.

- Manage IFRS accounting related to Transition and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

- Lead automation projects across finance functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Strong understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.

- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence or similar tools.

- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).

- Proven track record of financial management and leadership.
