Senior Manager/Manager - Finance - CA - Retail/FMCG/Manufacturing

Major activities :

Business Planning : Plan and oversee the execution of the Costing & expenses of a business, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets

- Responsible for annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes for the business and owner of the end product.

- Responsible for the monthly financial projection submission. Play a key role in the strategic planning and other business planning processes.

- Supervise the overall operation of Accounting and ensuring the same is as per laid down Accounting Standards under Indian GAAP.

- Raising flags to business for revenue and cost saving opportunities.

- Improvise from time to time the Operational and Financial information system.

Tracking of Business Mechanism :

- Setting up the tracking mechanism with a timeline to become effective.

- Regular review of financial condition and business process and assess, with proper control measurements.

- Prepare ad-hoc reviews and reports as required by various end-users.

- Implement Indirect Expense Controls & track trade promotion schemes and dealer rebates

Team Development :

- Ensure team members possess the desired knowledge, skills and attitude to effectively perform their job.

- Play an active role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the team

- Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance and recommend appropriate rewards and recognition
