Senior Manager/Manager - Finance - CA

Role Summary:

The role entails building financial controls & accounting procedures for the company and related entities and SPVs, support the Head - Finance with the preparation, audit of accounts and related compliances.

Key Responsibilities - 

Functional

- SPV Accounting and maintenance of Books of Accounts

- Accounting for SPV and migration of entities to SAP

- Coordinate with auditors to complete periodic audits, tax audit and GST audit

- Dealing with banks day to day business operation, cash flow management

- Manage and comply with income tax, service tax and Support month-end and year-end close process

- Consolidation of SPV accounts

Qualifications - 

- Chartered Accountants with 3+ years of overall accounting and finance experience

- CA + CS Preferred

- Thorough knowledge of Ind AS, Income tax and GST

- Experience with creating financial statements and tax assessments

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

- Excellent accounting software user (Hands-on knowledge of SAP R/3 preferred) and,

- Working knowledge of MS office (excel, word and power point)
