Job Roles:

1. Manage cost control systems and procedures

2. Standardizing the SOP's of F & B Cost Controls department

3. Managing Business Control team structure through process, training & review

4. Gross margin optimization through data analysis designing strategies complemented with training at store level

5. Publish insight driven MIS for optimizing cost controls for food & beverage

6. Build and execute Annual Operating Plan for F & B Controls

7. Team Management, Growth & Training

Accountability :

1. To achieve economy in F&B costs to increase profitability.

2. Ensure conformities to regular MIS.

3. Conduct regular Audits at outlets and central stores.

4. To ensure full conformity to the quality standards/ policy in terms of implementation, documentation, process definitions & record keeping.

5. Publish Inside Driven MIS
