Main Qualifications and experience:  - 10 - 15 years of consulting or industry experience in the Resources industry with focus on manufacturing operations, maintenance and worker productivity  - Master Degree or Technical/Business disciplines (PhD or MBA is a plus)  - Experience in the below areas:  Digital Plant offerings - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IT/ OT Convergence, Internet of Things, Surveillance, Process Control Domain, Robotics  Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities for Resources clients through convergence of analytics & digital capability around plant worker, manufacturing operations, maintenance management  Develop capabilities in terms of resources, knowledge assets, thought leadership / Point of views around digital plant that provide a competitive advantage.  Lead team in responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), solution architect, etc  Liaise with internal stakeholders globally (Client Account Leads, Capability Leads, global SMEs, etc.) to plan and build capabilities in line with future client demand  Responsible to ensure that the team is fruitfully engaged in either chargeable work with clients or supporting business development / asset development work  - Strong and proven experience in client engagement during the entire lifecycle of the engagement  - Strong and proven leadership skills in developing a practice, preferably in the management consulting space  - Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction  - Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders   Working Conditions:  - Willing to work at client locations mostly across Europe, Africa, America and other locations, for short or long term  - Willing to travel min 70% (annual) of time and could be more.
