Senior Manager/Manager/ Deputy Manager - Business Excellence - Financial services

- Working closely with the Chief Business Excellence Officer (CBEO) and Business Excellence Heads to achieve Process Standardization, Documentation & Updation of Standardized processes.

- Organize reviews with the CBEO. Set the agenda, document the action plans, follow up and ensure closure.

- Ensuring all strategic agendas are progressing as per timeliness, and highlight any discrepancy from the plan so as to ensure correction.

- Preparation of reports, dashboard and presentations for Business Excellence Function which will be presented to the Senior Leadership Team.

- Manage Idea Express Initiative for the organization.

- Design & Manage Lean Six Sigma Certification Program.

- Design & Manage Innovation Scheme and Rewards and Recognition Program.

- Plan and execute the Annual Business Excellence Reward & Recognition Event.
