We are looking for a GCP Data Science professional, who had both wide exposure across multiple industries and at the same time depth in at least a few areas. He/ she should have - Strong background in consulting project delivery, sales/ BD (proposal, RFP etc.) - Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills, client & stakeholder management skills, core consulting skills (ppt, excels) - Experience in more strategic projects like operating model design, business cases, value architecting and realization is highly desirable - Any experience with data analysis, data analytics, visualization tools is an advantage - Experience in Agile / Scrum way of working is highly desired - Comfort across variety of projects is highly desired, from long term delivery roles to more strategy projects - Exposure to building offering, assets, point of views is highly desirable - Exposure to international clients and onsite experience is highly desirable Qualifications : - MSc/MPhil. in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics / Engineering+MBA Degree from Top Colleges in India or Abroad. Must Have Skills: - 8+ years of experience in analytics teams solving problems for top global companies. - Minimum 2 years of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud-based platform experience - Extensive experience in project delivery, Sales/BD- leading end-to-end sales process - Experience in delivering project that involve building, deployment and monitoring of Statistical Models/Machine Learning using following techniques - Statistical Algorithms - Supervised Learning: Linear regression, Binary Classification Model (Logistic, Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM etc.) - Unsupervised Learning: Segmentation (Cluster Analysis), Recommender System etc. - Deep Learning: ANN, RNN, LSTM etc. - Experience in structured and unstructured data - Strong understanding in Python, SQL. Experience with SQL preferred (In traditional DBs such as Oracle, TD, MS SQL) Good To Have Skills: - Certifications Preferred: Google Professional Data Engineer or ML Engineer - Ability of Visual story-telling with BI & Visualization Tools (Tableau/Spotfire, Cognos, Business Objects) is preferred.
