We are looking for Sr. Manager/ Manager Customer Relationship Manager for one of the leading Insurance Organization based out in Mumbai

Purpose of the job:

 Ensure high quality sales and support attainment of overall business plan and objective for delivery of commitments to distribution partners

Role and Responsibilities -

- Plan & organize sales strategy for the given unit

- Influence & drive the team towards set goals

- High-quality sales - productivity, customer focus etc.

- Adherence of team & self to Sales Management Process

- Maintain relationship with the channel partner

- Drive business through channel partners

- Drive revenue generation target and deliver incremental revenue measured in EPI terms of cross-selling achieved by selling Life, Health and annuity plans to offer

- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual business forecast for each partnership and tracking daily logins and conversion trends, finalizing product mix as per channel requirements

- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with national sales heads, strategies and drive sales across channels

- Use lead, customer propensity, product fitment models and other analytics tools to optimize lead allocation, met and positive closure
