Sr. Manager/Manager Credit Risk-NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Analyze creditworthiness of the firms and assess portfolio risks

- Conduct portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis

- Design and implement risk assessment models and monitor credit risk

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders

- Conduct regular credit reviews and recommend corrective actions

- Prepare credit reports for senior management and provide recommendations for risk mitigation

- Train and mentor junior team members

- Manage the overall credit risk of the organization

- Assess credit risk on individual transactions and recommend appropriate limits and terms

- Identify key risk drivers and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures for large corporates

- Monitor and report on credit risk exposures and provide timely feedback to senior management

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the credit markets and the factors that drive them

- Develop and implement strategies to manage credit risk in different market conditions

- Collaborate with other teams such as underwriting, legal, and compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Participate in industry events and maintain a strong network of contacts in the credit risk management community

Requirements:

Functional Traits:

- CA with 5 to 8 years of experience in Credit Risk of large corporates

- Strong experience in risk analysis on the equity side of the portfolio risk assessment, including firm creditworthiness and various financial ratios

- Good understanding of various analytical models

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to credit risk management

- Ability to identify key risk drivers and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Ability to conduct portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis

- Ability to design and implement risk assessment models and monitor credit risk

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk management
