Senior Manager/Manager - Costing - ICWA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Senior Manager/Manager - Costing for an Indian Organization based in Mumbai

- Timely closing of the work orders for month end closing. Ensure scrap accounting, ensuring the move order transactions stage wise to get correct WIP.

- Tracking the performance of the asset

- Reporting on the machine utilization, highlighting the low utilized machines, analyzing the reasons for the same.

- Carry out the bill of Material and routing audits

- Ensuring the scrap reporting process is followed. Establishing the controls to ensure the correctness of scrap accounting and reporting.

- Helping Corporate for the closing related activities like inventory valuation.

- Ensuring adherence to the various processes implemented like stores and spares / work order locking.

Monthly analysis:

- Material sourcing costs - on a monthly basis analyse the plant wise material sourcing costs and report the variances to Costing Manager

- Inventory management - ensure system inventory is updated monthly and physical inventory audit for consumption is done annually and quarterly for LR Prepare reports on the old stock

- Budget - Support the costing manager on the annual budgeting and also budget vs. actual monitoring

- Audits - Co-ordinate and manage efforts during cost audits, submit data required for tax audits and assist during internal and if required any external audit processes

- Annually assist in working out the machine rate working hour to be used for product costing Visiting Vendors and accordingly understand their Cost Breakup and propose the Costing.

- Accountable for analyzing Raw Material Cost, Process Cost and Finished Product Cost.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Educational Qualification: ICWA

- Experience: 10-15 Yrs preferable into manufacturing industry

- Gender: Female (preferable)/ Male
