Role Description:

- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the organization's CSR initiatives and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points in CSR execution and HOW the organization can support it.

- identifying programs with NGO partners or the organization's flagship programs that align with the CSR mandate of the Corporate Partner.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

- Prepare reports and presentations as and when required for self and team.

- Creating presentations for internal and external use. Internal such as board meetings, orientation programs, etc.

- Prepare a calendar for each specific corporate from a project perspective.

- Work closely with the projects team and ensure that reports are prepared in a timely manner.

- Work closely with NGO partners and keeping track of reports from NGOs.

- Create a Template for reporting and ensure all reporting is done through SalesForce only.

- Prepare & finalize before a week from the submission date.

- All reports must be accompanied by proof of performance such as Photos, Videos.

- Participate in all project events to capture real-time information.

- Lead and Consolidate the impact report on a quarterly basis / annual basis for the organization and corporate as per the cycle.

- Generating quality case studies.

- Review, edit and assist in proposal writing.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Priorities and Operational Plan

- Participate in identifying strategic priorities for the organization along with the core management team

- Create an annual operational plan in line with the strategic priorities identified for the organization

- Ensure collaboration and synergies across various functions like Community Engagement and Finance to enable smooth operations

2. Corporate Relationships

- Play a pivotal role in driving the corporate relations strategy in line with the organization's goals

- Build a network of corporates to build a pipeline of funding for the next 3 years

- Bring on board funders who are keen to work in domains the org specializes in - Health, Environment, Education and Livelihood. Maintain a balance between programs across these 4 domains and other domains that corporates are interested in

- Build capacity of the funders to understand the ground realities of the development sector and raise awareness on untapped/ critical needs of the community

- Negotiate and agree on terms and conditions that will work for the funders and the org to build a long-term relationship

- Ensure MoUs are signed with Corporates based on the agreement between the organization and the corporates

- Identify and build partnerships between corporates and NGOs for funding and volunteering. Ensure needs are identified and mapped in a way that it will work for Corporates and NGOs

- Oversee the corporate volunteering events organized by the team to ensure all expectations from the corporate are met

- Coordinate with the Community Engagement team to ensure corporate programs/ events have been implemented as per plan

3. Program Management and Operations

- Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to identify reliable and credible NGOs across various domains that can be enlisted to work with corporates

- Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to help them understand the expectations from corporates and engagement model

- Be a point of contact for corporates to share updates, utilization certificates, progress on a program with various NGOs

- Share utilization reports, budget reports, impact assessments, quarterly and annual reports with the corporates as defined in the MoU

- Collaborate with the Branding and Communications team to ensure case studies, showcases and other collaterals are created to be used for conversations with corporates

- Identify and articulate expectations from corporate funders for NGOs. Build the capacity of NGOs to make them better suited to attract corporate funding and volunteer engagement
