Job Location is Pune - Must have an experience of 4 - 6 yrs. plus in fundraising for a NBFC through other banks/NBFC's/Financial Institutions and other stakeholders. - Salary Range - Budget for this position will be based on the current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 22 to 28 LPA - This is work from office position with 5 days working. 5 days in a month can be work from home. Academic qualifications: - Chartered Accountant / CFA/ MBA (Finance) Core Responsibilities: - Assist in building the supply side of capital by cultivating and growing new relationships with multiple stakeholders. - Develop and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and other stakeholders. - Preparation and submission of information requests from existing and potential lenders. - Attend queries/clarifications from banks/financial institutions on time. - Preparation of Corporate Deck/ Information Memorandum - Responsible for compliance with lenders requirements. - Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like legal & Accounts for smooth and timely execution of deals. - Assist in financial planning and building operations of the company. - Maintain reporting and coordinate information with management. - To ensure quarterly reconciliation with lending partners. - To prepare budget and projections for the group and perform variance analysis - Management of treasury
