About our Client :
Our client is a well know Healthtech Unicorn estb in 2015 and currently eyeing for an IPO they are in process of expansion and are on lookout for a Senior Manager -Content as a part of the Growth & Marketing Team .
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of knowledge hub and social media community/communities
- Track, calendarise and plan repurposing of content for different content touch points, mainly social media community
- Coordinate with content creators for daily/monthly content publishing schedules
- Calendarise content for social media communities and supervise publishing time-table
- Monitor daily operations, and adopt best practices for optimising metrics on different work-streams
- Monitor and provide feedback on engagement and growth through community content to the leadership team
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in planning and leading content and social media management
- Ability to identify and track relevant for content community KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be aggressive with executions to achieve time-bound objectives
