Job description
- Develop courses based on an overarching framework for the structure, presentation, activity design, delivery and support for e-learning courses PAN Angel broking Department.
- Ensure that course contributors understand and are able to work within that framework/ Department wise.
- Select, develop, apply and support appropriate content development and delivery mechanisms Develop courses based on established guidelines and quality standards for e-learning content and activity design and structure.
- Establish a clear workflow to support and manage content development.
- Create e-learning and course for All Department materials from own Sources or create the content.
- Create induction and help resources, ice-breaker activities and other Employee guidance materials to ensure that students are able to work effectively within the online courses.
- Test materials and activities based on an established framework.
- Coordinate and evaluate pilots of e-learning materials and activities with Employee or HRD.
- Perform QA, web standards and cross-browser checks on all materials and activities before release.
- Provide training and support to HR or Stake holder to enable them to manage the e-learning material before launch.
