Urgent Opening in Cloud Transformation for Senior Manager/Manager

Job Role:

- Experience in migration of existing applications and development of new applications using CSP's cloud services

- Experience in leading complex multi-hybrid cloud transformations in the capacity of a project leader, key contributing SME and trusted advisor for a client

- Deep techno-commercial appreciation of how each cloud's services and offerings play a role in designing a transformation roadmap that is cost optimized, technically feasible and right fitment of various transformation archetypes (such as rehost vs re-factor vs re-platform vs building new on cloud-native approach)

- Depth in at least 2 core industries in terms of Cloud offerings and solutions from CSP as well as Industry-cloud OEM and vendors (Banking & FS, Retail & Consumer Goods, Media & Telecom, Industrial / Auto / Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Public Services)

- Fully conversant with developing Cloud business case, cloud journey roadmap, architecture options (depth of architecture options and key solution considerations), FinOps, Cloud operating model (Org structure for transformation and operations), and supporting innovations on cloud using Data/AI and others.

- Assess client's current state platforms, infrastructures and applications portfolio and guiding them on how to orchestrate and govern these post cloud migration

- Build cloud business cases by helping determine the best ROI and high business value by mixing different technologies and methodologies

- Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer technical landscape including security and compliance requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements

- Collaborate with CSP field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers utilize CSP services in key market verticals & regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, banking , and Insurance

- Liaison with business for Cloud related requirement and solution architecture - Creating and documenting best practices and procedures for cloud infra management - Project planning, execution and crisis management for achieving quick and timely delivery

- Understand the customers' enterprise constraints, challenges and policies.

- Help determine the best ROI and high business value by mixing different technologies and methodologies.

- Overseeing the production and implementation of architecture solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure/ application architecture, development and operating models

- Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment

- Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes

- Assist our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation in order to sustain high performance

- Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs

- Build on leadership skills along with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members

Your prior experience in one or more of the following is important :

- Cloud Assessment: Cloud readiness maturity assessment, planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms, application assessment and migration planning, cloud operating model design, TCO and platform vendor evaluation

- Cloud Architecture: Experience with private, public and hybrid cloud architectures, pros/cons, Microservices architecture and Hybrid cloud integration architecture

- Awareness of Cloud-native application development including aspects of modernization of complex Apps, DevOps and data integration within cloud platform

- Cloud Migration: Delivering cloud migration roadmaps and managing execution from a project management perspective.

- Cloud Deployment across various hyper-scaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and models (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS), containers and virtualization platforms

- Deep experience within one or more of the following Industries: Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Retail or Consumer Goods

- Experience in working with large US and UK&I clients (Preferred)

- Leadership role in client-facing program delivery for large Banking, FS, Insurance or Healthcare organizations as part of Digital transformation journeys pivoted around Public Cloud and Banking Industry portfolios across Core, Channel, Wealth/IB and client-facing applications

- Deep experience in de-coupling complex Banking COTS as part of modernization and migration on public cloud (Multi-cloud/Hybrid-cloud)

- Application Level 1, Level 2 portfolio assessment and 6R assessment, roadmap and workload placement/characterization on public cloud - AWS, Azure and GCP

- Led architecture evolution, design, blueprint and roadmap definition of any large cloud transformation. Awareness of App and Infra discovery tools and practices for analyzing each component of a Banking/FS/Insurance/Healthcare App in terms of its treatment and disposition on public Cloud

- Led multi-functional teams in a consulting-facing and consulting-oriented program such as Discovery, business case/roadmap, APR, portfolio optimization, consolidation etc.

- Necessary and relevant certifications around cloud and relevant industry domain
