Senior Manager/Manager - Banking

We have an opening with one of our client into F&A profile at Gurgaon location.

Qualification : CA/MBA (Regular)

Experience : 7 +years

Requirement :

- Should have experience into Bank Reconciliation, computation of Interest.

- Should have handled different Bank accounts.

- Should have experience into Variance analysis.

- Should have team handling experience.

Responsibilities :

- Managing capex and opex timely and accurate payments

- Ensuring Bank reconciliations are done on time.

- Coordinating with banks & other deptt's for trouble shooting problems.

- Help process month-end and year-end close process.

- Provide monthly reports comparing actual results with budgeted projections and analysing budget variances. More specific for Interest cost, Ancillary cost and Provision for Expenses / loan repayments

- Ability to compute Interest Accrued on FD interest and other investment (Loans and advances to related Party - USL, Equity, Share Application Money, Inter Company Deposits)

- Verification of interest, commission charged by Banks under various facilities and adequate provision for Interest and other costs

- Daily Cash position analysis; Knowledge of cash flow preparation & analysis

- Prepaid Expense booking and its amortization

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Quarterly audit for banking related areas

- Finance cost and income analysis

- Good in dealing with Auditors and Banks.
