Senior Manager/Manager - Automation & Controls - Pharmaceutical Packaging Machines

As Manager - Automation and Controls (Pharmaceutical packaging Machines), you will be responsible to design, develop, and program the machines/processing equipment maintaining delivery timelines, quality, with machine and operator safety, using latest technology and Standards like CE, UL, NR12 and 21CFR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Control system and Automation in line with the masters.

- Ensure freezing the BOM and support to design the control panel.

- Prepare Index sheets and communicate to respective departments.

- Lead the New Product Development with NPD team/external agency by providing design inputs and Validation support.

- Ensure Certification of machines to meet International regulatory Standard (CE/UL/NR12/21CFR)

- Lead the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) support and Implementing FAT points as per customer requirement.

- Ensure Customization of control systems and software to meet customer specific requirements.

- Ensure Customer support as and when required during installation and commissioning and CAPA

- Lead the Feasibility study, design and offer suitable solutions by developing software and hardware, and customizing control systems for customer-specific requirements.

- Monitoring Version control and History of Machine files (Back up)

- Identification of improvement opportunities in terms of cost, additional features, and user friendliness.

Requirements:

- Engineering Degree in Electronics/Automation & Controls with 10-15 years of experience.

- Should have sound knowledge of multiple PLC, HMI, Scada, VFDs, Servo Systems, Sensors, Cameras, Robots

- Experience in leading and developing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Cross-Functional team working
