Job Summary:
- Oversee the Enterprise Client Relationship Management of the company with its most important clients.
- Own strong relationships with long-term strategic clients, and cultivate those through problem solving and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure business longevity.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs/requirements and ensure effective business, product, and process transformation.
- Trend/Pattern analysis of the client queries, and discovering solutions to prevent such recurring issues.
- Act as a liaison between key clients and internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Resolve any issues faced by the clients to enhance NPS, CSAT, and other key customer success metrics.
- Work closely and proactively with the Product and Operations teams on certain complex queries/problem statements, perform RCA and initiate permanent fix for the key issues faced.
The successful candidate:
- Must be an MBA from a Tier-1 B-school.
- Must have relevant experience in Customer Success / Key Account Management (Enterprise Clients).
- Should have prior experience in Online Payments/B2B Fintech/B2B SaaS.
- Should have experience in handling L3 escalations & priority issues.
- Experience in a startup ecosystem or a Product/Technology driven organization is a plus.
